I work in the proptech space and come from a real estate family, I am looking for a new challenge. I want to fulfill my passion to connect people. But this time in real life, in form of a hostel.
For this purpose, I am looking for a property to buy that already operates as a hostel or can be operated as a hostel. Sufficient own capital is available due to my job and family backing.

I am looking for a hostel to fulfill my purpose in bringing people together and offering a great time.
Additional criteria below:
Locations: Southern Europe especially Spain, Italy, Portugal & Greece.
Target Property Size: 30 beds or larger.
Reviews: If it doesn't come with land and property it must come with very good ratings at hostelworld and Google Maps
Income: Must make enough to just above break even without further investment. I have ways to add additional income.
Valuation: I will be valuing the property based on current income & projected income.
***Especially interested in deals that offer seller financing. I can offer sizable downpayments with favorable rates

I come from a real estate family but myself had no interest in the asset classes we aquired. After spending months backpacking all over Europe, I noticed most hostels lacked something wether it was community or money left on the table and realized this was the asset class I'm most interested in. I love to bring people together. A hostel would be the perfect opportunity to create great experiences for people.
